There have been zero new COVID-19 cases caught at the border, the Ministry of Health said on Saturday afternoon.
There remains no evidence of community transmission of the virus in New Zealand.
All 18 active cases are in managed isolation or quarantine facilities. One person remains in hospital in a stable condition.
It's the second day in a row with no new cases.Two were reported on Thursday in Kiwis arriving home from California and Kenya.
The last significant cluster of cases is due to close on Monday, having been almost four weeks since the last patient recovered.
There were 2900 tests carried out on Friday, bringing the total to 411,932.
The Ministry of Health urged people to download the COVID tracer app if they haven't already, and for businesses to sign up for QR codes.
"It continues to provide us with up to date contact information to support our contact tracing efforts in level 1. This remains key to New Zealand's elimination strategy."
So far there have been 1530 confirmed and probable cases in New Zealand - 1180 confirmed and 350 probable.
The death toll remains at 22. Worldwide, 529,000 have died. More than 200,000 people a day are being confirmed as infected.
