Police are on the hunt for a man with a distinctive neck tattoo who has a parole recall warrant.
Joseph Hobson has links to Auckland and Whanganui.
The 26-year-old is described as 175cm tall, of thin build and has a distinctive tattoo on his neck, Glen Innes CIB Detective Sergeant Gavin Bruce says.
The public is urged to call police on 111 if they see Hobson. Information can also be provided anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
