A person has died in a crash in the South Island's Tasman District.
Emergency services were called to State Highway 6 at Whangamoa about 3:30pm on Sunday afternoon.
Police said in a statement late on Sunday night that one person had died and others reportedly sustained injuries.
"Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing."
