The Director-General of Health will provide the latest COVID-19 update on Monday afternoon.
Dr Ashley Bloomfield is scheduled to speak to media from Ministry of Health headquarters at 1pm.
It comes after one new case of community transmission and five imported cases were reported on Sunday.
Both community cases reported over the last few days are New Zealand Defence Force staff, it was revealed. The pair had a work-related meeting together last Wednesday.
