The Vice-President of the Secondary Principals Association says New Zealand tertiary institutes are prepared for school leavers who have been disadvantaged by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Vaughan Couillault spoke to The AM Show on Monday as high school students prepare for their exams after a year of disruption and remote learning.
He said universities are anticipating they will have to "catch up" students who may be behind in their learning.
