Two men have been arrested after a drug and firearms bust in south Auckland.
Counties Manukau organised crime unit searched a number of properties in Manurewa and found large quantities of methamphetamine, cannabis and cash.
Four firearms and ammunition were recovered as a result of Wednesday's operation.
A 32-year-old man has been charged in relation to supplying methamphetamine.
A 26-year-old man is facing firearms-related charges.
He is also facing assault and wilful damage charges following an investigation into a firearms incident in December 2020.
"The investigation is ongoing and further charges are likely," a police spokesperson said in a statement.
Both men will appear in the Manukau District Court on Wednesday.
