The man who allegedly shot at police in Mt Maunganui has been arrested.
The 31-year-old was found at a house in Hamilton East on Tuesday afternoon - four days after he allegedly fired shots at officers while being chased on foot by them.
No one was injured in the incident.
He will appear in the Hamilton District Court on Wednesday facing a number of charges.
