Another person has been arrested in connection with the Sofitel Hotel shooting in Auckland in April.
The Armed Offenders Squad was called to the Sofitel on the waterfront just after 9am on April 15, following reports a firearm had been discharged - though no one was injured.
It later emerged the shooting was related to a flurry of violence between members of the Head Hunters and Mongols gangs.
Detective Inspector John Sutton says the 26-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday morning and is due to appear in the Auckland District Court later in the day.
He has been charged in relation to being a party to the discharge of a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and participating in an organised crime group.
Det Insp Sutton says enquiries are ongoing and police aren't ruling out further arrests.
At least 10 people have been arrested in relation to the incident so far.
