Wild weather across New Zealand is wreaking havoc on roads and rivers, leaving both land and houses inundated.
A state of emergency was declared in Buller on Friday and in Marlborough on Saturday. Hundreds of households in the Buller District have been evacuated, while homes have also been evacuated in Motueka.
Newshub's readers have captured close-up photos and videos showing the weather's toll. Here's a wrap of the best.
