The man accused of murdering Auckland businesswoman Elizabeth Zhong can now be named as Fang Sun.
Intermin name suppression for 48-year-old Sun lapsed on Tuesday.
Zhong went missing from her home in the east Auckland suburb of Sunnyhills in November last year.
Her body was later found in her vehicle, which was parked a short distance from her home.
In February, police charged Sun with her murder. He has pleaded not guilty and is due to stand trial in April.
