The Ministry of Health has announced 103 new community cases of COVID-19 in New Zealand on Sunday.
Of the new cases, 86 are in Auckland, nine in Waikato, three in Bay of Plenty, two in Northland, two in Canterbury and one was reported in Lakes District.
There's also a case in Taranaki that will be included in Monday's data.
A Ministry of Health spokesman says there are currently 61 people in hospital with COVID-19, three of whom are in intensive care.
The ministry is asking people in all New Zealand regions to remain vigilant for COVID-19.
"We are continuing to ask anyone in New Zealand with symptoms - no matter how mild - to get tested, even if you’re fully vaccinated," the ministry said. "Please remain isolated until you return a negative test result."
New Zealand is in its second weekend of the traffic light system - Auckland's second weekend of freedom after months of lockdown.
The border around Auckland, which has long been the epicentre of New Zealand's Delta outbreak, is due to be lifted on Wednesday for the first time since August.
