Two lanes have been closed on Auckland's southern motorway after a serious crash in Ellerslie.
Police say the accident between a car and a motorbike happened about 1:45pm in the northbound lanes.
"One person has sustained serious injuries," a police spokesperson says.
"Two northbound lanes will be closed while emergency services are at the scene."
The serious crash unit has been advised.
