A pair of daredevil longboarders have filmed themselves traveling at 95km/hour down a road on Mount Ruapehu.
The longboarders said they wore gloves, helmets and motorcyclists clothing, and were speaking through their helmets with friends up ahead, who told them of any coming cars.
Police told Newshub they are allowed on the road but must keep as close as possible to the edge and wear safety gear.
