A Wellington musician facing charges of sexual offending has had interim name suppression extended in a pre-trial hearing.
The 24-year-old was arrested in 2020 as part of Operation Emerald, a police investigation into complaints a group of musicians had assaulted a number of people.
He faces 10 charges including sexual violation and indecent assault against seven complainants between 2017 and 2020.
In January last year he pleaded not guilty and elected trial by jury.
The man's interim name suppression was extended in Wellington District Court today, with the next court date set down for early March.
