Co-leaders of the Māori Party Debbie Ngarewa-Packer and Rawiri Waititi attempted a practice Instagram live last night when things took a hilarious turn.
The co-leaders thought they were on a practice run, but soon realised they were live when viewers started to comment on the co-leaders' livestream.
But it was too late to avoid an embarrassing moment, with Waititi's son calling his dad out for what he was wearing.
"My dad is wearing his undies," he yelled down the phone.
It came as a surprise to Waititi.
"You said we were going to have a practice live and we've got comments coming up which means we are live!"
Not long after, Ngarewa-Packer accidentally pushes a filter button which brought up a fake hand holding a phone with her face in it.
"How the heck did I do that?"
Then Ngarewa-Packer pushes it again turning herself into a mural.
"How do you end this?"
"No, you're asking the wrong fulla," Waititi replied.
The chaotic livestream is making its way around social media gaining over 100,000 views.
