One person has died and another has been critically injured in a crash near Queenstown.
Emergency services were advised of the crash involving two cars on Kinsgton Road (SH6), Jacks Point at 6.10pm yesterday.
A second person was airlifted to Christchurch Hospital in a critical condition.
Police are asking witnesses of the crash, as well as anyone who may have relevant dashcam footage of the incident to contact them on 105 and quote event number P050258368.
