Police are investigating the sudden death of a person at a west Auckland property on Sunday night.
A home on Ranui Station Road was cordoned off just after 10pm, with both police and ambulance staff attending.
Police said the death is currently being treated as unexplained and a scene examination will occur on Monday morning.
Footage from the scene shows police starting a forensic scene examination, with tape surrounding the property and officers laying markers.
