Martin Road in Manurewa, Auckland has been cordoned off by police after a death at a property.
Police and ambulance crews were at the scene and arrived just after 9pm on Thursday.
A spokesperson for police confirmed they were in attendance at a sudden death on Martin Road and the death was being treated as unexplained.
