A jet skier in Auckland had the ride of a lifetime after a pod of dolphins swam around her and frolicked in the water.
Zoe Teikamata was out on the water next to Rangitoto Island on Sunday when the pod joined her as she rode.
A video she sent to Newshub shows the creatures swimming below the surface as she jet skis alongside them, and some jump through the air - one even leaps over her head.
She called the experience "epic" and said she was "lucky" to see the creatures.
Up to eight dolphins are visible at a time in the video as they duck under the water.
Earlier this month there was another dolphin sighting in Auckland after a Twitter user spotted a pod of about four swimming near Takapuna.
