A person has been hospitalised and another arrested after an incident involving a knife in Auckland Central.
At around 3:17pm on Friday police were told of a person in possession of a knife on Britomart Place.
One person sustained "superficial injuries" and was taken to hospital while another was taken into custody.
Inspector Jason Homan said police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
