Police have swarmed a block of shops in South Auckland on Monday morning after the "sudden death" of a man.
In a statement, police said officers attended a sudden death in a car park off Great South Road in Papakura.
A police spokesperson said officers were called after 4pm and the man’s death will be referred to the coroner.
Footage from the scene shows a large number of officers carrying out an investigation behind a retail complex in Papakura.
