A person has died in a crash in south Auckland overnight.
Emergency services were called to the scene in Papatoetoe at about 7:30pm on Monday evening.
A person was found dead at the scene while two others have been taken to hospital, police said.
Power outages may still be on the cards in the area as a result of the crash, which damaged a power pole, police said.
