The man charged with murder after an alleged fatal hit and run in west Auckland has been named.
Brayden Andrew Towler appeared in the Auckland High Court charged with murder and firearms offences.
Towler allegedly struck a person with his vehicle in a car park off Glendale Rd in Glen Eden at midday on November 23.
The following day, police said they arrested a 27-year-old man after executing a search warrant.
