Two people have died and four people are injured following a two-vehicle crash near Levin on Thursday night.
Police say the crash happened on State Highway 57 in Koputaroa about five kilometres from Levin at around 9:45pm on Thursday.
Two people died at the scene, one person was flown to hospital with serious injuries and three others received minor injuries.
The road has since reopened, but police say enquiries into how the crash happened are ongoing.
