The three children - aged four, six and eight - were reported to have left their home shortly before 7pm.
Police issued an urgent appeal for sightings, asking anyone who had seen three children matching these descriptions in the Trentham area to contact police immediately on 111.
In an update 15 minutes later, police said the children have been located.
"Police would like to thank all those who assisted in the search, as well as the members of the public who got in touch with possible sightings of the children," a spokesperson said.
