A person has been injured after armed robbers targeted a shop in Auckland last night.
A police spokesperson said officers were called at around 8.30pm to commercial premises on Dominion Rd Ext, Mt Roskill, after a report of a group of people entering the store and demanding goods. The NZ Herald reported the group was armed with weapons.
One person suffered minor injuries during the robbery.
The group then left in a vehicle, which was located abandoned on Revel Ave a short time later, the spokesperson said.
The police investigation into the robbery is ongoing.
