A person has been arrested after allegedly pulling a gun on someone in a Dunedin property on Wednesday morning.
Armed police swarmed a property on Heriot Row at about 10:10am.
The street and a nearby school were put into lockdown while police officers dealt with the situation.
No one was injured, police said.
A 27-year-old man was arrested and has been charged with breaching bail but police said further charges are likely. An air rifle was also seized.
The arrested man was expected to appear in the Dunedin District Court on Thursday.
