Lotto: Two players share $1 million, 15 others claim over $17,000

Two lucky Lotto players have woken up $500,000 richer after winning Lotto First Division on Saturday night.

The winning players bought their tickets in Auckland and Lower Hutt.

The winning tickets were sold at Countdown Sunnynook in Auckland and MetroMart Alicetown in Lower Hutt.

A Strike player from Masterton will also be celebrating after winning $200,000 with Strike Four.

The winning Strike ticket was sold at Kuripuni Lotto and Post Shop in Masterton.

Powerball has now rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $8 million.

Meanwhile, Lotto's Second Division saw fifteen players winning $17,514 each.
