Police are investigating a sudden death at a North Shore property on Sunday evening, which they're treating as "unexplained".
A police spokesperson said the person was found dead at a home on Princes Street in Northcote Point at around 8pm.
"The circumstances of death are currently unexplained and further enquiries are required," the spokesperson said.
A scene guard was in place overnight, with a scene and post-mortem examination to take place as well.
"At this stage no further information is available," the spokesperson said.
