Mamfredos-Nair was reported missing from the Auckland suburb of Massey on the evening of April 21.
"Police have serious concerns for his welfare and want to make sure he is safe, and ask anyone who has seen him to contact police immediately," Waitematā Detective Senior Sergeant Megan Goldie said back in April.
When the 19-year-old went missing, police conducted extensive enquiries to locate Mamfredos-Nair but officers weren't successful in finding him.
The 19-year-old was last seen wearing a black and white jacket, navy blue pants, grey running shoes and a black hat.
Police also previously released a CCTV image of Mamfredos-Nair which showed he was last seen entering a petrol station.
Since the 19-year-old went missing, friends and family have shared social media posts offering a reward to people who give them information on his whereabouts.
But they have not heard from him since the day he disappeared.
Police urged urging anyone who sights Mamfredos-Nair to contact police on 111.
"Any further information about his potential whereabouts can be provided to police on 105, referencing file number 230424/9683. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously via Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
