The Deputy Chief Coroner has released details of the first 111 call on the day of the mosque terror attacks in Ōtautahi/Christchurch four years ago.
Some details of the call have been suppressed, however, Newshub can now publish most of the transcript.
Brenton Tarrant massacred 51 people on March 15, 2019 after sending a 'manifesto' to the Prime Minister's office and other recipients at 1.33pm.
The manifesto contained the terrorist's plans for an "attack in Christchurch".
Then, seven minutes later, at 1.40pm a parliamentary staffer in the PM's office called police to report it.
It was the first 111 call about the terror attack that day.
Tarrant fired his first shot at the exact same time as the call was made (1.40pm).
Deputy Chief Coroner Brigitte Windley released a transcript of the phone call on Wednesday, but she has suppressed the identities of the parliamentary staffer and the 111 operator.
Some parts of the call were redacted and can't be published, due to the terrorist's manifesto being classified as an 'objectionable publication'.

Newshub has made additional redactions in white to comply with name suppression orders.
