Armed police officers in Wairarapa are raiding multiple properties throughout the region.
Residents could expect to see armed officers across Wairarapa on Wednesday as multiple "pre-planned search warrants are executed".
A police statement said there wasn't "thought to be any risk to the public".
More information would be provided later on Wednesday, police said.
