Emergency services have responded to an incident with a domestic flight at Auckland Airport.
Police, Fire and Emergency and St John Ambulance were initially deployed to a "full emergency", however it was later downgraded to a "local stand-by".
Senior Sergeant Wendy Picking, Auckland Airport Area Commander, said a domestic Air New Zealand flight was suspected to have hydraulic issues, which may have affected its ability to land safely.
Newshub understands the flight was NZ614, from Queenstown to Auckland. It landed safely with its landing gear down just after 11.
Auckland Airport fire crews checked the undercarriage of the plane, and gave it the all-clear to head to its gate.
A large number of airport emergency service vehicles could be seen on FlightRadar24, around the aircraft on the ground.
Fire and Emergency has since stood down some of their responding appliances.
No one was injured on the flight.
