One person has died after suffering a medical event which led to a crash in Mount Roskill, Auckland.
A police spokesperson said officers responded to a serious single-vehicle crash near the intersection of Mount Albert Road and Scout Avenue.
"Sadly, one person has died at the scene from an apparent medical event."
Traffic management is being put in place and diversions have been set up at Frost Avenue, Bremner Avenue and McCullough Avenue.
Motorists are advised to expect delays or to avoid the area if possible.
