Royalty has arrived in Queenstown just days before Christmas with Crown Princess Mary of Denmark and her husband Prince Frederik snapped in the South Island city.
It comes after rumours started circulating of an alleged affair by Frederik in early November.
The couple travelled to Queenstown separately with Mary, 51, arriving in a private jet with their 12-year-old twins, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine.
The UK's Daily Mail published photos on Friday (NZ time) of Mary on the tarmac wearing plain black slacks, a blue long-sleeve top and dark shades.
Meanwhile, Frederik arrived on a separate flight with their 16-year-old daughter Princess Isabella after attending the COP28 summit in Dubai.
Frederik was photographed wearing a tartan jacket, blue scarf and highly reflective, polarised sunglasses.
The couple's fourth child, Prince Christian, 18, reportedly stayed in Denmark to complete his education.
The future Queen of Denmark, who was born in the Australian state of Tasmania, and her family have yet to be photographed on their holiday together.
It comes after rumours started circulating of an alleged affair when Spanish magazine Lecturas published photos of Frederik and Mexican model Genoveva Casanova at a Pablo Picasso exhibition in Madrid last month.
The pair were also reportedly seen walking around the city together.
But Casanova was quick to hit back at the reports saying she "flatly denied" the alleged affair.
"I flatly deny the statements that suggest a romantic relationship between Prince Frederick and me," Casanova told Spanish magazine Hola!
"Any statement of this type is not only completely untrue but also distorts the facts in a malicious manner."
Since the rumours started swirling, the Danish royal couple have put on a united front.
A video posted to the Danish royal family's Instagram account earlier this month shows Mary and Frederik, alongside their four children decorating a Christmas tree.
