Dramatic footage has captured the aftermath of an early morning Te Puke ram raid, which left a roller door smashed.
Footage provided to Newshub shows a white vehicle smashed into the white roller doors of Bottle-O Te Puke on Jellicoe Street.
A police spokesperson told Newshub the group of thieves allegedly ram-raided the store at 2:48pm before stealing alcohol from the store.
The group then fled from the scene in two vehicles, one of which was found abandoned on Te Matai Road.
Police confirmed no arrests have been made so far but enquiries are ongoing.
The Te Puke ram raid is the latest in a string of burglaries that have occurred over the past five days.
Five Auckland petrol stations have been targeted since Sunday, with one of the owners fearing it's only a matter of time until someone is killed.
