A house in the Auckland suburb of Mount Wellington has been destroyed by fire overnight.
Firefighters were called to the property on Longford Street just after 11pm on Tuesday.
"The house was well-involved in fire on arrival, with a second alarm transmitted for extra resources," a Fire and Emergency NZ (FENZ) spokesperson told Newshub.
Crews used a number of tactics to bring the blaze under control, including carrying out an "internal and external" attack.
No one was injured as a result of the fire, and a fire investigator has been alerted.
Police are helping to find accommodation for the residents of the building.
