Emergency services are responding to a serious three car crash in Auckland's Waterview.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Great North Road and Fairlands Ave at 8:25am.
By 9:30am, all three cars remained in the middle of the road, with members of the public being urged to avoid the area.
A police spokesperson confirmed there had been serious injuries in the crash.
The Serious Crash Unit will investigate the cause of the crash.
