Police are raiding a Head Hunters gang pad on Auckland's North Shore on Wednesday morning.
A police spokesperson said pre-planned search warrants are underway and an investigation is ongoing.
"Police are not in a position to provide further details at this time. Further details will be released when these are available," they said.
Loud bangs could be heard in videos taken from the scene and posted to social media. The video shows bright flashes from inside the building whenever there was a bang.
Footage from the scene shows multiple armed officers and several cars at the property.

The gang only recently moved into the building in the suburb of Wairau Park. The new gang pad is next to several unrelated businesses including a panel beater and an engraving company.
It's reported the gang purchased the building for $700,000 and there is no evidence of a mortgage being taken out on the leasehold property.
