National Party leadership hopeful Judith Collins has admitted to laughing out loud when colleague and rival Steven Joyce was hit in the face with a dildo.
Mr Joyce famously had the rubber sex toy thrown at him at Waitangi in 2016.
Ms Collins featured on 7 Days' 'Yes Minister' segment on Friday, where a panel asks ministers to answer questions without using 'yes' or 'no'.
She was asked if she seriously thought we could have a Prime Minister who has been hit in the face with a dildo, and whether or not she laughed out loud when the incident happened.
"And be honest, did you lol when he got hit in the face with one?" comedian Bryce Casey quizzed.
Ms Collins struggled to contain her laughter, saying she "might have".
