New Zealand First leader Winston Peters is holding a press conference in response to the Serious Fraud Office's (SFO) investigation into the New Zealand First Foundation donations scandal.
In February, the Electoral Commission found the foundation received donations which should have been treated as party donations and they weren't properly declared.
It referred allegations to police that the New Zealand First Party was hiding donations through the foundation. Police referred the case to the SFO which released its report at 5pm today.
