Jacinda Ardern says there are some plans in place for her wedding day - but there's still no sign of when that could be.
The Prime Minister laughed on Wednesday as she was asked whether she had set a date for her and fiance Clarke Gayford's big day on Wednesday.
"We have some plans - they are some way off," Ardern said.
"We might need to share some of our plans with our family and friends before we do that more widely."
Gayford proposed to Ardern during an Easter trip to Mahia in 2019 to visit his family. He asked her to marry him atop a hill with Ardern's diplomatic protection squad officer nearby.
The pair have a two-year-old daughter together, Neve Te Aroha Ardern Gayford.
Ardern did confirm while there may not be a date, she would not be getting married in Parliament like newly-elected MP Glenn Bennett,
"I absolutely wish him and his partner well and it's great when your new workplace is novel enough that it doesn't feel like you're getting married at the office!" she laughed.
