Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield are holding a press conference at the Beehive to reveal the Government's alert level decision.
Ardern on Tuesday announced that the entire country would spend at least three days in alert level 4 lockdown, while Auckland and Coromandel would likely spend at least seven.
Now that it's almost been three days, Ardern will reveal if alert level 4 lockdown restrictions will be extended across the country, or whether Auckland and Coromandel will go it alone.
