Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is announcing the next steps in New Zealand's reconnecting plan.
She's widely tipped to announce that the border will fully reopen from the end of July, rather than October as originally planned.
Ardern is speaking virtually at a Business NZ lunch in Auckland. Also in attendance is Immigration Minister Kris Faafoi and COVID-19 Response Minister Chris Hipkins.
Faafoi will speak after the Prime Minister, followed by a media standup with Faafoi and Hipkins.
