Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is speaking to media while on a trip to Apia, Samoa to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Treaty of Friendship.
She will firstly speak alongside Samoan Prime Minister Fiamē Naomi Mata'afa and then hold her own media conference.
