The Government has announced a brand new policy for renters.
It involves tax breaks for developers who agree to build or operate long-term rentals - or "build to rent" properties.
Housing Minister Megan Woods spoke to Newshub Nation to discuss the new policy and was also quizzed on the ongoing allegations of bullying by Labour backbencher Gaurav Sharma.
