Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is holding a press conference at Woodbourne Air Base in Marlborough.
Ardern, Emergency Management Minister Kieran McAnulty and Transport Minister Michael Wood are in the region to check in with communities after recent wild weather and flooding. They'll also assess work Waka Kotahi has underway to get transport routes back up and running.
