In a Facebook statement on Tuesday afternoon, Cambodia Prime Minister Hun Sen said he was preparing for meetings at the G20 summit in Bali when he received the positive test.

A Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs official said ASEAN leaders were to avoid close contact by raising their hands during group photos.
"Because of the risk of COVID-19, we have to avoid close contact with each other as much as possible, so we chose this option."
