Green Party co-leader Marama Davidson has been booted from Parliament's House.
It appears Davidson interjected while ACT's Nicole McKee was asking a question of the Justice Minister.
"Sorry, the Hon Marama Davidson will leave the Chamber… now please," Speaker Adrian Rurawhe said.
"Members have the right to ask questions. I remind the House that."
Just prior to Davidson being kicked out, she had yelled out a comment that the Speaker required her to apologise for.
It comes just a day after the co-leaders of Te Pāti Māori were kicked out after attempting to hold a powhiri during statements on the King's coronation.
McKee, ACT's Justice spokesperson, was asking David Parker, standing in for the Minister of Justice, about whether the minister would support ACT's policies.
ACT released a set of new youth justice policies on Monday, including investing $500 million on the construction of 200 new youth justice beds.
