Sheep puns have been flowing thick and fast after a sheep was listed on Trade Me as a ride on lawn mower.
The sheep, photographed with a small seat on its back, has been advertised as a 'ride on lawn mower, barely used, good condition. No time wasters please.'
The listing has attracted strong interest from prospective buyers, who have used the opportunity to show off their sheep puns.
"I would assume this is a 1 sheep power 4 wheel drive model?" asked one, to which the buyer answered "Correct it's a1 sheepish mower all round drive with an automatic grass catcher, it also has a built in fertilizer at rear."
Another asked "I have a narrow section, how does it handle ewe turns? I don't want to be ramming into things all day! :)"
"I love mowing lawns, but so does my wife. I'm afraid that if I purchase this mower, she will hogget." said another potential buyer.
One person asked "Have ewe had many inquiries about this lawn mover?", to which the answer was "Yes the inquiries are flocking in."
